Oversaw mechanized farming, contract farming, poultry, dairy, and food processing projects. Collaborated with cross-functional teams for EPC contracting and investor communications.

Sugarcane Estate Management

• Project Title: Mechanized Sugarcane Farming Project – Salima

• Country: Malawi

• Description: Managed 3,500 ha sugarcane plantation operations, contract farming, harvesting logistics, irrigation systems, and nutrient management. Led P&L responsibilities, training, compliance, and reporting to senior leadership.

Bioenergy and Plantation Operations

• Project Title: Integrated Bioenergy Project with Sugarcane & Biomass

• Country: Sierra Leone

• Description: Oversaw 10,000 ha sugarcane, napier, cassava, and rice cultivation for a biomass power plant (16 MWH). Led plantation development, biomass aggregation, outgrower schemes, and contract farming while managing departmental P&L.

Commercial Maize Farming in Congo

• Project Title: Mechanized Maize Production and Processing

• Country: DR Congo

• Description: Managed maize farming across 2,000 ha with mechanized techniques. Oversaw land development, irrigation (drip and pivot), infrastructure, equipment procurement, supply chain, and logistics for a 100,000 MT processing plant.

Integrated Agri Estate Development

• Project Title: 5,000 Ha Commercial Farm Establishment

• Country: Zambia

• Description: Established greenfield farm project including land acquisition, EIA approvals, infrastructure (dam, reservoirs, silos), and irrigation (800 ha pivot system). Led cultivation of rice, soybean, maize, and wheat.

• Project Title: Cotton & Agro-Input Expansion Program

• Country: Nigeria & Benin Republic

• Description: Led extension services for 15,000 ha contract farming for cotton, soybean, rice. Promoted agri-inputs, mechanization, seed multiplication, and established Nigeria’s third-largest seed industry.

Large Scale Agri Estate – Tanzania

• Project Title: Integrated Multi-Crop Farming & Estate Management

• Country: Tanzania

• Description: Managed 12,000-acre estate for crops including cotton, sisal, maize, sunflower, and vegetables. Headed contract farming, estate budgeting, manpower, and compliance. Specialized in cotton and sisal value chain.
